Reviews:
- This is my second time staying in this hotel. Quite disappointed this time as I booked a family suite room for 3 pax and there were only 2 towels given to us and I had to call to request for 1 more towel. The next day after housekeeping, there were still only 2 towels given to us and never changed the towel that hung in the wardrobe. The lift is also very hot and there is no Aircon( the one near the reception).
The breakfast standard also drops. The location is near ximenting just 3 mins walk. - Room is acceptable clean for us. The bed big suitable for 2 adult 2 child stay. Room itself is not that big but still able to open up 3 luggage.
Location is the best near to ximen exit 4 and opposite is ximending. - Not good for my stay. They staff is good, but they didn’t guide me to my room even i requested for it when i didn’t find my room. And lost my luggage I think this campany should give proper training for the staff and hire more worker. Midtown Richardson is a big hotel, but this level of service should be happened.
I hope that the management team should take it serious for my suggestion. It is not happened to me, when i go to the lobby when i lost, i met others traveller also they comed about the same issue. They did not find their room. It is confusing even with the signboard.
I requested the staff to send someone guide me to the room because i couldn’t find it. Today i walked up to 20000steps. Im very exhausted and want to have a good rest. But this hotel everything is selfsevice.
Even the luggage store. What if the guest is old person, they dont know how to used it. I never comed for my stay in any hotel even im stayed in many countries many hotel. Because i know that is not good to comt the service line.
People just came here to work earn money for life. What i need is, the management team hire a porter to send the guest to the room or somebody wait infront of the lift. When the guest is out from the lift, give guidance to the guest. If not, i think that Midtown Richardson cannot match with the 4star hotel.
Remember it is hotel, not guesthouse or homestay. When we go out all day with a tiring body, we need to rest. Not wasting time to find the room. The room space is small, if somebody with luggage please consider again.

Our rooms were very clean. We had a very comfortable 4-day stay. They stored our luggage as we arrived early. Their Buffet restaurant and Bar 98 have delicious food and beverages.
They also booked us a Jumbo taxi upon checkout. Stored our luggage again as our flight is not until 9 pm. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. - Initially booked 2 nights and extended another night as it’s convenient and closed to Longshan temple, Menjia night market and Ximen commercial area. Like the hotel lobby, it is elegant and staff are friendly.

Comfortable beds and rooms. Friendly and efficient staff providing prompt assistance for various requests. - Location is good, overall seems lime popular hotel. Didn’t like: swimming pool and slow elevators
